Basic Geometrical Ideas-2 (Types Of Angles and Triangles)
In This video lesson we discussed different types of Angles and Types of Triangles. According the the measures of degree we have diffrent types of angles such as Acute angle,Right angle, Obtuse angle, Straight angle, Reflex angle, and complete angle. Acute angle is an angle between (0 -90) 0 and 90 degrees are not included. The angle which is equal to 90 degrees is a Right angle. Obtuse angle is an angle between (90-180) 90 and 180 degrees are not included.
The angle which is equal to 180 degrees is a straight angle. Reflex angle is an angle between (180-360) 180 and 360 degrees are not included. The angle which is equal to 360 degrees is a Complete angle.
Based on the lengths of sides Triangles are classified into three types they are Scalene triangle, Isosceles triangle and Equilateral triangle(All the three sides equal length).
Scalene triangle is a triangle in which all three are sides are having different lengths.Isosceles triangle is a triangle where any Two sides having same length.Equilateral triangle is a triangle where All the three sides equal lengths.
Based on the measure of angles , triangles are classified as Acute triangle, Right triangle and Obtuse triangle.
A triangle where all three angles are acute is called Acute angled triangle. A triangle where any one angle is equal to Right angle(i.e 90 degrees) is called Right angled triangle. A triangle where any one angle is Obtuse angle is called Obtuse angled triangle.
A special triangle Right angled Isosceles Triangle in which one angle is 90 degrees and other two are 45 degrees each.(45-45-90 triangle)
Another special right triangle is 30-60-90 triangle. will be discussed next video.

Basic Geometrical Concepts-3(Lines and Angles)
In this video we discussed the different pair of lines and pair of angles(Lines and Angles). The pair of angles whose sum of their measure is 90 degrees are called Complementary Angles. We say one angle is Complement to the other. The pair of angles whose sum of their measure is 180 degrees are called Supplementary Angles. We say one angle is Supplement to the other.
The pair of angles with a common Vertex and common Arm Called Adjacent angles. The two adjacent angles whose sum of their measure is 180 degrees form Linear Pair. When two lines intersect at a point they form two pairs of Vertical Angles. Each pair of Vertical Angles are Equal in measure. We also discussed Pair of lines such as Intersecting lines ,Parallel lines and Perpendicular lines.

Basic Geometrical Ideas-4 || Transversals || Parallel Lines and Angles
In this video we discussed about the meaning of a transversal, and the angles formed by a transversal. The interesting relationships of the angles formed by the transversal when it intersects two parallel lines.
i.e we discussed the various conditions for two lines to be parallel.
The conditions are:
1. Each pair of Corresponding Angles are Equal
2.Each pair of Alternate Interior Angles are Equal
3.Each pair of Interior Angles on the same side of transversal are Supplementary.
We also answered two different questions related to this topic.

In this video we discussed about the Basic Shapes of geometry. Examples of 1D, 2D, 3D shapes. What is a polygon? the terms related to a polygon such as Side, Vertex, Diagonal. Names of polygons based on the number of sides like Triangle, Quadrilateral, pentagon, Hexagon and Octagon etc.
We also discussed the Properties of Quadrilaterals and their respective Names Such as Trapezoid( trapezium), parallelogram, Rectangle, Rhombus and Square.
